Electrohub is a demo store — nothing physically ships. The policy below describes how the checkout is built to behave, as if it did.
Rates are calculated at checkout from your address and cart weight, via EasyPost in sandbox mode — real carrier-shaped options from USPS and UPS with estimated transit days. Rates are only estimates; carriers can adjust in transit.
Once an order ships, its status, carrier, and tracking number appear on the order page — in your account if you're signed in, or via Track an order using your order number and email.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items showing signs of use are handled case by case. Return shipping is covered when the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage — we'll send a replacement or refund without requiring the item back first.
